New Evermore album on the way

After two platinum records Evermore’s third studio album, Truth of the World: Welcome to the Show, is set to be released on 23 March. “It’s a concept album,” explains lead singer Jon Hume, “that takes inspiration from trash entertainment, news headlines and political propaganda, and turns it into an over the top, fun, rock n’ roll show.” The latest single off the new album, “Hey Boys and Girls”, was released to radio this week. Evermore will also be popping back to New Zealand just before the release of their album for Vodafone Homegrown, which has incidentally sold out. Gutted.

The first 2 songs are amazing. Especially the latest single ‘Hey Boys and Girls’. I love the drums and clapping at the start. The concept album sounds really interesting. Can’t wait to get it.
